Because every cardigan is handmade to order, all sales are final once crafting has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or minor handmade variations, as each piece is uniquely crafted by hand.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will do our best to make it right.
